3. No Guarantee of Results

Software and trading systems are provided on a best-effort engineering basis. I do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, profitability, uptime, or performance of any system, strategy, or automation. Markets are inherently uncertain and any strategy may result in losses.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your trading and business activities.
You are responsible for securing your own accounts, API keys, credentials, and capital.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and monitoring any system before deploying it with real funds.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain my property. Ownership of custom deliverables is transferred as specified in the applicable engagement agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading-related losses arising from the use of the Site, any system, or any service. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms (for example Auradex, Cryptohopper, Substack, and social networks). I am not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those platforms.

8. Changes to These Terms
